What I do
Okay, so here is where I’m going to break it down for you. What I will and will not do for training and consulting.
I’m in it to win it. AND, I’m in it for YOU to win it. Get it?!
But you have to be the willing. You have to be open to change and looking to be better. I will not train just anybody. Not anymore.
So, this means you need to bring it, always. Be ready to work, hard. Be ready to leave everything else at the door and train. There needs to be the willingness on your part and if that is absent, then I’m not the right trainer for you. That simple.
It’s nothing all that personal. I’m busy. And forcing a person against their will to ‘get fit’ takes too much energy.
So, who/what do I train? Here we go:
I train the willing
I train beginners
I train athletes
I train people trying to get up on their sport
I train housewives
I train teenaged girls
I train people with a desire to change
I train those that want to be strong
I train CrossFit
I train olympic style lifting
I train kettlebells
I train functional
I train runners, new and established
I train you to eat correctly, no matter your eating style.
I train you to stretch and rest
I only require you be willing to challenge what you hold true. Challenge what you believe you are capable of. Look past comfort and face your fears. Make it happen for you. That is your responsibility.
How hard you try is in direct relation to the type of person you are. Don’t play dead fish or ostrich. Life is hard, your training should be hard as well. You must have high expectations for yourself and your abilities. Make goals. Make them worth working towards. Make them great but be honest. Your goals should be attainable and visited often.
